DISVY is operated by Fiber Digital Marketing US. This policy describes how we handle information collected through DISVY’s website, launch list, and communications.
When you join our launch list, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code, interests, and separate email and SMS permission choices. We also retain submission details and consent evidence, such as the form, submission time, and available technical information. If you create an account, contact us, or use other website features, we process the information needed for those requests.
We use this information to manage your signup or account, respond to requests, keep permission records, improve the service, and send relevant DISVY updates through the channels you choose. Selecting an interest does not grant marketing permission. Joining the launch list does not create a member account or enter a giveaway.
Email and SMS marketing permissions are optional, separate, and unchecked by default on the launch-list form. Giving a phone number alone does not authorize promotional texts. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe option in a message. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We may still respond to a request you initiate or send communications needed to administer that request.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in records or consent to participating businesses for their own marketing. Providers that deliver texts or operate the service may process the information needed to perform those services for DISVY. SMS consent is specific to DISVY and is not permission for another business to text you.
The launch list does not authorize us to distribute your contact details to businesses for their independent marketing. If a future campaign involves sharing information with participating businesses, that campaign will identify the recipients, purpose, and choices before you submit. A general signup or interest selection does not replace a separate campaign-specific choice.
We use service providers, including our website hosting and CRM and communication platforms, to store submissions, manage records, and deliver communications on our behalf. These providers process information as needed for those services. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or address fraud.
The website and embedded forms may process device, browser, cookie, session, and usage information to operate features, remember choices, prevent abuse, and understand usage. Browser settings and available consent controls let you manage certain cookies. Other websites linked from DISVY have their own privacy practices.
We retain information as needed to manage requests, maintain consent and opt-out records, operate DISVY, and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

We will post updates here with a revised date. Materially different uses or new marketing permissions will be addressed through the relevant notice and choice; a policy update alone does not grant new SMS consent.
